Piping
We create the general design of your installation, including wall thickness calculations, measuring diameters and stress calculations. We use a 3D piping model and a P&ID to form the basis of a design. From this, we create isometric drawings for production. Of course, it’s also possible to measure your installation and create 'as built' drawings.
Mechanical design
Does your problem require a mechanical solution? Our creativity has the answer. We will work together to produce a sustainable design that can range from sheet metalworking , actuators and conveyor systems, to full automation of manual processes. We also design complete machines that, if required, can be fitted with electrical control, software or PLC.
Civil and structural
We design buildings, mezzanine floors, handrails, staircases, to name but a few, on your behalf. To ensure your design complies with standard EN1090, we produce calculation notes in accordance with the applicable Eurocode, workshop drawings, detail drawings and assembly plans. We also produce the order lists, down to the very last bolt.
